Shana and Pete...the wedding!

If you remember from their engagement session a couple of months ago...Shana and Pete have become some good friends of ours! We had so much fun at their wedding! They used some things we made from our wedding and a again, we ventured out from the Manor House to get some truly unique photos...well, I guess you be the judge.

They brought their cruiser bikes for some fun!

Tiff and I shot our GREAT friends Darren and Susan's wedding today and we had a BLAST!!! Congrats you two...now, I hear that they're off to Turks and Cacos for a 3 week honeymoon! There are a lot of words that come to mind...jelous is for sure one of them!

we went down to a barn about a mile away...which leads me to a good idea for you brides: DON'T BE AFRAID TO TRAVEL OUT A LITTLE BIT! It's a great way to get some VERY unique photos...not just at the venue.

Through Their Eyes!

This is an amazing blogathon today for the "Through Their Eyes" Africa project. There are a number of photographers traveling to Africa next year to areas where all the adults have died and the children are more or less on their own with little or NO aid. This is going to be one of the most influental fundraising projects because these needy people will be taught an incredible skill by some incredible people. Not only will they be gaining very worthy skill sets, but their work will be displayed in art galleries and on an incredible website developed by our good friends at Bludomain! I can't wait to see what kind of influence this can bring because of the pure emotion that will come from the images! I'll promise to keep you updated if you promise to donate some money!

Tanya and John...the wedding!

This was a very laid back wedding with a lot martinis and Frank Sinatra! My kind of music! They got hitched at the Manor House on one of the hottest days of the year! I almost passed out from the heat...ffeewww! Anyway, check out the photos and of course...CONGRATS YOU TWO!

HAPPY 4TH of JULY!

Tiffany, Bella and I are in Clear Lake, Iowa right now and are having a blast!  We've spent the whole time boating, eating and today we went to the HUGE town parade!  Last night, we lit off some fireworks...more to come this evening too!  Check it out.

What parade wouldn't be complete without Bill and Hillary Clinton...it blew me away how political this middle-america small town parade was!  Almost every democratic hopeful had at least a van in the parade.  Anyway, here's a photo.
