Finally back and rested!

WOW! What a trip!!!! Learned a lot, slept very little and finally got a chance to meet some people that inspire and amaze me!

And here's a fun one with Brianna Graham...a FABULOUS photographer who has inspired me for a long time! Clearly my "pulp fiction pose" is not what her's is! I'm an idiot...this is just proof.

Tiff and I met up with a cool group and partied with them all night the whole time we were there! This photobooth was insane! It was like sticking a piece of candy in the middle of 500 kids! Can you just imagine puting a photobooth in front of 200 photographers? Here's what comes out.

A good time for some Archictecture!

You know, they say: When in Rome...

Well, I was in Vegas, home of the best architectural photos a person could want! I was slammed, so I could only snap a few...but here goes!

B Stands for Brinton! And soon, you'll get some BIG news from the Brintons! Humm, could it be perhaps a new website? Perhaps a new logo? Perhaps both? Stay Tuned...for now, back to the photos.

I don't get to take Architectural photos too much, but I LOVE this one!

And This one was supposed to be 2 hours before out flight! But that ended up being about 6 hours shy! I was tuckered out by the end.

Here's one of a bunch of neon lights. I just dragged the shutter a little bit and viola! I really like this one too!

Is this one not perfect for a wedding/portrait blog?! Got this one from Emeril's in the airport. They came out and shut me down after I took this one! OOPS!

And, the final photo is one from Express in Cesears Palace. It obviously didn't say blog this...but I thought it was fitting being that's what I took it for!

Great Wedding Dates...

So this year is the year of the 7/7/07 Saturday wedding and it has caused a buzz in the entire industry, but sometimes you get a really unique date, like one I just booked with Lauren and Grant from Denver...Thursday June 21st!  Why is that a cool date you ask?  Well, it's the summer solstace!  The longest daylight of the year...I think it gets totally dark around 8:45 or 9pm here in Denver.  I can't wait for this wedding...REALLY nice couple, really cool venue and a totally great date!  Stay tuned for photos...

After a scary episode with my father this week, I've decided to put a link up for the American Heart Association. Everyone (including me) needs to spend some time learning more about heart health to help avoid heart disease. Take it from me, it's not a fun situation when a loved one is in the hospital with heart problems. Please, donate, educate or just be aware that this is still the #1 killer in America!

A good reason for lack of sleep

For those of you that haven't met her...here she is! Baby Bella! She's now almost 4 months old and is finally starting to sleep. Next stop...the Wall St. Journal! HA!

Arapahoe Utilities & Infrastructure

This is one of those jobs that makes photography fun for a man!  I get to go play with big earth movers all day...and that's no joke!  Take a look at these photos...SO much fun.  If anyone doubts the ability of these machines, I saw one of these dig a 20ft. deep 30ft. long trench in about 20 minutes flat.  I'm also designing a brochure, greeting cards and personal notes for them.  FUN, FUN, and Earth!

Paint it with light!

This is a technique that always blows people away!  Just set the shutter for about 15-30 seconds and use a nice video light to paint the subject.  In this case, Clint and Carey are posing for a pre-engagement engagement session.  I also got some photos of them during the big snow storm in that we had here in Denver...
