Give some back

After a scary episode with my father this week, I've decided to put a link up for the American Heart Association. Everyone (including me) needs to spend some time learning more about heart health to help avoid heart disease. Take it from me, it's not a fun situation when a loved one is in the hospital with heart problems. Please, donate, educate or just be aware that this is still the #1 killer in America!
